運送政策
所有商品皆採預購，追加時間為結單日起 7-25個工作天，若期間都有斷貨的可能性，若遇廠商缺貨延後交期(超過預購期)，會再另行通知拆單寄出。
韓國預購商品需等7~25天左右，貨物回台都會盡快出貨，不能等的買家請不要下單，也請不要催貨。
國內運送 (台灣本島) 配送時間約2-3個工作天
☞ 超商純取貨 (7-11、全家)：運費60元，同筆訂單補寄的運費為60元
☞ 郵局宅配：不論大小一律運費80元
☞ 黑貓、新竹物流：不論大小一律運費100元
*如包裹因運送過程發生遺失情形時，
7-11超商接受的賠償金額上限為 1,000元；
全家超商接受的賠償金額上限為 2,000元。
*郵局國內包裹遺失、被竊或毀損之補償金額，依單件以重量計費者：
5kg以下者，不逾新臺幣575元。
超過5-10kg者，不逾新臺幣865元。
超過10kg者，不逾新臺幣1155元。
*寄出後因運送過程遺失，私服不負賠償責任，以各超商/郵局理賠金額為主。
All items are available for pre-order only, with an additional processing time of 7-25 working days from the closing date. There is a possibility of stockouts during this period. If there is a delay in delivery due to manufacturer stock shortage (exceeding the pre-order period), a separate notice will be provided before shipments are split and dispatched.
For pre-order items from Korea, please allow approximately 7-25 days for delivery to Taiwan. Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible upon arrival. Buyers who cannot accommodate this waiting period are advised not to place orders and are kindly requested not to rush delivery.
Domestic Shipping (Taiwan Island): Estimated delivery time is approximately 2-3 working days.
☞ Convenience Store Pickup (7-11, FamilyMart): Shipping fee is NT$60. For additional shipments within the same order, the shipping fee is NT$60.
☞ Post Office Home Delivery: Flat shipping fee of NT$80 regardless of size.
☞ Black Cat, Hsinchu Logistics: Flat shipping fee of NT$100 regardless of size.
*In case of loss during the shipping process, the maximum compensation currently accepted by 7-11 convenience stores is NT$1,000; for FamilyMart, it is NT$2,000.
*Compensation for loss, theft, or damage of domestic parcels by the post office is based on weight: Up to 5kg, not exceeding NT$575. Over 5-10kg, not exceeding NT$865. Over 10kg, not exceeding NT$1,155.
*After dispatch, Personal Shopper will not be liable for compensation for loss during the shipping process. Compensation will be based on the amount provided by each convenience store/post office.
