產地說明: Purefit 的商品多為韓國製造，少數衣服、包、鞋、配件類則會交由大陸代工。請介意產地的買家下單前先詢問我們。大部份韓貨皆有布標或水洗標寫明 Made In Korea，但少部份韓貨廠商並不會特別縫製，或是衣標僅有廠商名稱，介意的買家請下單前先詢問我們，無法因商品無產地標而退換貨。

斷貨處理: 由於韓國商品斷貨速度非常快，我們都會在客人下單後馬上追加，若仍不幸遇到廠商斷貨情況，我們將會第一時間與買家連繫並轉為購物金，如有需要可再利用IG詢問或是官方信箱 bohongwork0411@gmail.com 申請退款。請確認可以體諒並接受斷貨處理再下單，並無法因為單筆商品斷貨而取消其他商品訂購。 「如訂單中商品出現斷貨情況，扣除斷貨商品後金額未達免運標準須自行負擔運費 」

色差問題: 賣場照片皆以實品拍攝，如買家對商品仍抱有疑慮或對顏色、材質要求嚴格，建議下單前務必經過審思或先利用商品問答提出詢問，再決定是否購買，不接收因個人認知問題而導致的色差或是材質的退換貨。

商品尺寸: 官網尺寸標示皆為平放測量公分(CM)為單位，衣物尺寸在2～3公分左右的誤差屬正常範圍，建議可依照相同的方式平量自己平時穿著的類似款衣服，再進行比較會更準確，不接受尺寸不合、版型剪裁等方面的退換貨，若有任何疑問也請多利用商品問答詢問，以避免造成不必要的誤會。

取消、變更商品: 訂單在未付款前，買家可和我們聯絡，我們將由後台取消訂單，如已完成付款的訂單我們皆會在第一時間和韓國追加，恕不接受取消或更換商品款式、顏色、尺寸，如買家惡意棄標我們將加入永久黑名單！

Therefore, we do not accept any returns or exchanges requested under the pretext of a cooling-off period. Origin Explanation: Floral Heart's products are manufactured in Korea, while a small number of clothing, bags, shoes, and accessories may be produced in mainland China. Buyers who are concerned about the origin of the product are advised to inquire with us before placing an order.
Most Korean products have labels or washing labels clearly stating "Made In Korea." However, some Korean manufacturers may not specifically sew labels, or the clothing tags may only have the manufacturer's name. Buyers who are concerned about this should inquire with us before placing an order, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the absence of a country of origin label.
Out of Stock Handling: Due to the rapid turnover of Korean products, we always place additional orders immediately after customers place orders. If, unfortunately, we encounter an out-of-stock situation from the manufacturer, we will promptly contact the buyer and convert it into store credit. If necessary, inquiries can be made through Instagram or our official email address bohongwork0411@gmail.com to apply for a refund. Please confirm that you can understand and accept the out-of-stock handling before placing an order and note that orders for other items cannot be canceled due to the out-of-stock status of a single item.

Color Deviation Issue: The photos in the store are taken of the actual products. If buyers still have doubts about the products or have strict requirements for color and material, it is recommended to carefully consider before placing an order or use the product Q&A to inquire before deciding whether to purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to color deviation or material issues caused by personal perception problems.
Product Size: The sizes indicated on the official website are measured flat in centimeters (CM). A deviation of 2-3 centimeters in clothing size is considered normal. It is recommended to measure similar clothing worn normally in the same way for a more accurate comparison. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to size mismatch or pattern cutting. If you have any questions, please make good use of the product Q&A to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings.
Cancellation or Change of Products: Before payment, buyers can contact us to cancel the order, and we will cancel the order from the backend. For orders that have been paid, we will immediately place additional orders with Korea. We do not accept cancellations or changes in product style, color, or size once the payment has been completed. Buyers who maliciously default on orders will be permanently blacklisted!
